Question 1: Why are some parking spots numbered and others aren’t?

A: Numbered spots are assigned to a specific condo. Guests may park in any unnumbered spot.

Question 2: What gets recycled?

A: Plastic, aluminum, and glass can all be recycled together. Paper should be placed in a separate bag. Recycling is every Tuesday morning (put curb side Monday after 4pm)

Question 3: How often do I have to get my dryer vent cleaned?

A: For safety precautions, dryer vents and chimneys must be cleaned every two years. Owners will be notified by the property manager when cleaning is required.

Question 4: Do I have to get my chimney cleaned if I don’t use it?

A: No, but for safety precautions (birds nesting, etc), the chimney must be inspected every 2 years.
